RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Due to COVID-19 and everyone has been asked to stay at home, for all orders placed after February 1, 2020, the return window has been extended from 30 days to 45 days.

 

For products you are not 100% satisfied:

1. We accept returns of unused and undamaged items for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original ship date.

2. Please note, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will be applied in every returned order after the 30-day window. 

3. To request returns, contact us at support@freshcpap.com and we will provide you with instructions.

 

For defective products:

We will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for trouble shooting. Rescareus.com will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item replaced with the exact or like item under the warranty policy.

 

Refund:

It takes around 1-2 days to process the refund. FreshCPAP will issue a refund to the original form of payment, and you will be sent an email notification indicating that your refund has been processed. Based on your issuing bank, the credit may reflect in the next billing cycle.
